ANNUAL HEALTH AND MEDICAL RECORD FOR 2020

 

Annual Award Nomination Forms:

 

• Silver Beaver Award - The SILVER BEAVER AWARD is given to a worthy recipient who has served as an adult Scouting volunteer.  Although it is not required, All nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee Chairman.

• Award Of Merit - The AWARD OF MERIT is given to a worthy recipient serving as an adult Scouting volunteer. All nominations must be submitted in writing to the Awards Committee Chairman.

 

• President's Award - A Housatonic Council award recognizing a unit volunteer.  The recipient is selected by their  Unit Committee.  This award is bestowed annually by the Unit Committee and is presented at the Council Recognition Dinner.    

 

• Charter Organization of the Year - A Housatonic Council award to recognize the support of one of our Chartering Organizations.  Nominations are submitted in writing to the Commissioner's staff.
