Arrow of Light Award:
The requirements for the Arrow of Light Award
state that a boy must
earn the Webelos badge and be active in a Webelos den for at least 6
months since completing the 4th grade or becoming 10 years old. The
requirement means that a Webelos Scout may not earn the Arrow of
Light Award as a 4th grader unless he is at least 10 ½ years old.
